Julian is a pleasure to work with as our personal trainer! My husband and I are both over 70, and Julian first asked about our health and what exercises we are already doing, then customized a program for each of us. He comes to our home, bringing small equipment like weights and resistance bands, working one hour with each. We focus on improving abilities like balance, leg strength for steps, and getting up from the floor, as well as reducing lower back pain caused by too much sitting. We’ve learned a lot about muscles we never knew we had! And are growing stronger every week. Plus – Julian is kind, respectful, and fun. You’ll love working with him!

Who is Julian?

Julian is a highly regarded movement and wellness professional known for his refined, deeply personalized approach to health, longevity, and whole-body well-being. With a lifelong dedication to understanding the relationship between mind, body, and spirit, he brings a rare depth of knowledge and presence to his work with discerning clients seeking exceptional care.

His background has been shaped by years of immersive study alongside professional athletes, dancers, meditation and yoga teachers, strength and mobility specialists, and internationally respected movement educators.

 

This breadth of training allows Julian to offer an experience that is both sophisticated and practical, blending expert guidance with genuine attentiveness to each client’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.

Having taught in some of the Pacific Northwest’s premier health and wellness environments, Julian has worked with hundreds of individuals through private sessions and workshops. He is especially valued for his ability to create a calm, supportive, and highly individualized experience that helps clients improve mobility, balance, strength, and confidence with grace and consistency.

His work is rooted in discretion, excellence, and the belief that well-being is one of life’s greatest luxuries. Through thoughtful guidance and a commitment to lifelong learning, Julian helps clients cultivate greater vitality, resilience, and ease at every stage of life.

Re-Wilding

Practice crawling, climbing, rolling, jumping, and flowing. Use your body in dynamic, organic ways within nature -Expose yourself to the discomfort of cold and heat, uneven and rough surfaces, ect. -Reconnect with the ground. Move barefoot. -Eat whole foods / forage your food. Build a connection to the source of your food.

Somatic Awareness

Intentionally bringing awareness into your body and sensing breath, sensation, posture—to cultivate presence and self-regulation. It deepens the mind-body connection, allowing movement to emerge from awareness rather than habit.

Creative Exploration

Approach training with curiosity, exploration, and creativity to move, express, and experience the body through play, improvisation, and open mind. This expands your physical intelligence and unlocks freedom by turning movement into a form of self-expression and discovery.

Reflection & Integration

Creating a space to absorb the lessons of movement—physically, emotionally, and mentally. Through intentional pause, self inquiry, and embodied awareness, we turn experience into wisdom and practice into transformation.

Build raw, functional power from the ground up. We train natural, elemental patterns—lifting, carrying, crawling, striking, balancing—to develop strength that is useful, grounded, and deeply connected to your body’s innate intelligence. This is not about appearances. This is about capacity.

Movement is a medium for expression. Through exploration, improvisation, rhythm, and play, we unlock the joy and freedom of moving like you. Creativity in training opens new neural pathways, enhances adaptability, and helps you rewrite your story in the body.
